How long will I be in therapy?

The length of therapy varies with everyone. Healing takes time and can be painful and a long process.

Some clients start feeling better after a few sessions, while others may take longer to process their experience. This is something that we can explore together in session.

I’m having relationship problems and my partner is unwilling to come in for therapy. Could I benefit from individual therapy?

Yes, therapy can be beneficial for the individual who is experiencing relationship problems.

While we cannot do couples therapy, we can work together to help you understand the problems in the relationship better and work with you to develop healthy ways in relating to your loved ones more effectively.

Are you a Christian? Do you work with people who are not Christians?

Yes, I am a Christian. Yes, I meet people where they are, whatever their position, whatever their condition and help them in every way possible.

It is my desire to be an instrument of hope that will allow you to move forward even in dire circumstances.

I do offer faith-based counseling; however, there is no requirement for you to be of any faith to seek services. If you have a desire and are prepared to put in the work necessary for change to take place, I’m available to work with you every step of the way.
